Appointment Information: Consultations are made by appointment only. To set up an appointment contact me via one of the methods listed under ‘Contact Information’ below. Initial consultations usually take two to three hours. To be safe, allow for a three hour time span in your schedule. Follow up visits are typically much shorter. Evening and weekend appointments are available if based on need. I ask that appointments be scheduled on weekdays in mornings or afternoons when possible.

Fee Schedule: The initial consultation fee is $25 (for either an in person consultation, or a phone consultation). Follow up visits carry a $10 charge. The cost of the herbs themselves varies depending on what a situation calls for (most of the time, a months supply of herbs will range between $50 and $100). Brief incidents of correspondence over the phone inbetween appointments carry no charge unless herbs need to be shipped/provided as a result of the exchange. In such a case, the charge is for herbs and shipping. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Work trade is available, or if you are not able to work then services will be rendered for no fee.

Cancellations/Missed Appointments: 24-hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. You will be charged $35 for appointment changes within 24 hours. Exceptions may be made based on the circumstances involved, but we reserve the right to make an exception or not. If you will not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment, please give us as much advance notice as possible.
